Changes in the 2015 census

There are no changes in the information requested for the census this year. However, please remember that due to changes made in 2009 to federal requirements for reporting vesting, census data must include ACTUAL NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED for each employee.
  • We can no longer accept estimates of more or less than 1000 hours.
  • For full-time, salaried employees, you can enter 2080 hours worked.
  • For part-time or terminated salaried employees, please estimate the number of hours according to the employee's typical work schedule.
Also please note that first name, last name, and middle initial are divided into separate fields on this new template. Middle initials should consist of only one letter.
